If you would like to complete placing the order, you must print out the BID SHEET, fill in the credit card information, sign and date the page and either mail, drop off or scan and email the completed form back to us. You will receive a confirmation email or phone call that your order has been placed. Please note that for special orders, special instructions, or additional services or products that are not listed on the BID Calculator, additional fees may apply.
