Below are a list of downloadable forms and applications that can be helpful to interact with us. Please note that all forms are in .pdf format and require Adobe Acrobat Reader in order to view and print. Join our Team!	Sonio's Credit Accounts
We are always looking for friendly, personable people to work on our team. If you feel that you or someone you know would fit in well at our restaurant, please fill out an application and submit it in person. You can also feel free to email us your resume. Once you are on file, you will be considered for a position, as they become available. Delivery drivers and servers are always in demand. If you are applying for a delivery position, please include a copy of your driving record. If you are applying for a server position, please specify if you are over 21 (able to serve alcohol) and if you have your appropriate cards. You will need the following cards and/or permits in order to be considered for employment at our restaurant: Clark County Health Card (current) TAM (or equivalent) Card Sheriff Card (some positions) Experience is not always necessary, so don't be afraid to apply. And...if you're not over 21, it doesn't mean that you can't apply! Please download and submit the application by printing the appropriate form below. We offer the application in two languages to fit your preference. Application For Employment (English) Application For Employment (Español)	You are eligible for a Sonio's Credit Account if you meet the following criteria: You have had an account with us prior to our fire Your company requires a Purchase Order to send checks or make payments through your accounting department If you do not meet the above listed criteria, Sonio's offers several different payment options to fit your needs. We accept CASH (our preferred method of payment!) as well as VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, or DISCOVER cards! We do NOT accept Debit without a VISA logo, and it does not run as a Debit in our machine, it runs as credit. We do not accept personal checks, or company checks. If you would like to apply for a credit account, please download and fill out the application below and return it to us either via regular mail, or drop it off in person at our location. We will review the application and contact you when it has been reviewed. Please remember to fill out all areas of the form, and sign and date where specified.
